SOCW 2362 - Social Welfare as a Social Institution

This is an introduction to the study of modern social work, within the context of institution of social welfare, the underlying philosophy and ethics of social work, and the major divisions and types of social work together with their methods and objectives.  This class will only be offered in the spring  semester.

Prerequisite: ENRD 402  or equivalent
