MUSI 1311 - Music Theory I

Credits: 3
Analysis and writing of tonal melody and diatonic harmony up to and including the chords.  Analysis and writing of small compositional forms.  Correlated study at the keyboard. Tutorial lab required.
(Offered Fall semester only).
Lecture Hrs. = 3, Lab Hrs. = 1
Pre/Corequisite: READ 300  or equivalent
